As demand for our services continues to grow across Western Australia were excited to announce the opening of a second Bupa Medical Visa Services centre in Perth.

This isnt replacing our existing Perth clinic its an exciting opportunity to services more customers quicker!

Weve listened to our customers and responded to growing demand by creating a brand-new purpose-built centre designed to deliver an exceptional experience for both our customers and our people.

As we prepare to open our newest location were looking for talented people across a range of clinical operational and customer-focused roles to join us. Opportunities are available within our new centre and across our existing Perth team.

The purpose of this job

Were looking for customer-focused doctors with a commitment to creating memorable customer experiences who are keen to move into an assessment-based role with exceptional work/life balance - Monday to Friday only!

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated doctors to join our Bupa Medical Visa Services centre in Perth.

• Permanent full-time part-time and casual opportunities available
• Permanent part-time positions require a minimum commitment of 3 days per week

You will be part of a welcoming and diverse team working together to deliver a seamless professional and customer-centred experience.

Youll work alongside Health Assessors and reception staff and be supported by an experienced Lead Physician to:

• Conduct visa medical assessments in line with established guidelines
• Provide objective assessment outcomes through an online platform
• Provide an exceptional level of people centred care and ensure our customers have a quality experience in our Bupa clinics.

What youll need to make it possible

Were looking for people who:

• Degree qualified with full General Registration with AHPRA
• At least three years postgraduate experience
• Have a strong customer service focus
• Have experience working with customers from a range of backgrounds
