Join a major upgrade project at one of Australias leading mining operations. We are seeking experienced Painter Blasters to play a critical role on the BHP Bucket Wheel Reclaimer Upgrade Project.

Casual Rates commencing from:

Dayshift: $65.03 inclusive of 25% casual flat loading penalties
Nightshift: $78.03 inclusive of 25% casual flat loading and 25% night shift flat loading penalties

The Role
  • Prepare steel surfaces through abrasive blasting to required industry standards prior to coating application.
  • Apply protective coatings and paint systems safely and efficiently to achieve quality workmanship.
  • Inspect completed work undertake touch-ups and ensure coatings meet project and client specifications.
  • Maintain equipment follow safety procedures and support the long-term protection and integrity of assets.
About You
  • Trade Certificate
  • Minimum 3 years industrial experience as a Painter Blaster
  • Previous construction experience within the mining and resources sector
  • Work Safely at Heights Certificate
  • Current Enter and Work in Confined Space Certificate
