Civmec is seeking experienced Painter Blasters for ongoing works on the BHP Bucketwheel Reclaimer Upgrade Project.

The Role

Prepare steel surfaces through abrasive blasting to required industry standards prior to coating application.
Apply protective coatings and paint systems safely and efficiently to achieve quality workmanship.
Inspect completed work undertake touch-ups and ensure coatings meet project and client specifications.
Maintain equipment follow safety procedures and support the long-term protection and integrity of assets.

About You

Trade Certificate
Minimum 3 years industrial experience as a Painter Blaster
Previous construction experience within the mining and resources sector
Work Safely at Heights Certificate
Current Enter and Work in Confined Space Certificate
