Be the force multiplier that accelerates innovation from AI to Agents to Robotics at scale for AWSs most forward-thinking partners. The AWS Prototyping and AI Customer Engineering (PACE) team builds working prototypes leveraging frontier technologies in days and weeks not months and we need a Technical Program Manager who can own and grow our Portfolio of Strategic Initiatives. If youre passionate about technology energized by building programs that create non-linear impact through technology partners and the AWS sales team this is your opportunity to reshape how APJC PACE delivers its most strategic initiatives into market.

In this role youll own the APJC PACE Strategic Initiatives motion end-to-end. Youll identify onboard and take to market a growing ecosystem of Innovation Partners lead the delivery of emerging technology solutions and accelerators to market and push the boundaries of frontier technologies. You will design deploy and inspect mechanisms that are purpose built to drive accelerated growth for APJC PACE across a diversity of new and emerging technologies.

You will represent PACE at Events AWS Partner Summits re:invent and other industry forums. You will be expected to build mechanisms and expand into new markets and industries whilst delivering outsized revenue growth. This isnt a typical TPM role: youll sit at the intersection of AI innovation scale execution and ecosystem strategy working on scale problems that dont have obvious answers while creating programs that drive outsized business impact with visibility across the industry.

Key job responsibilities

Own and deliver PACE Strategic Initiatives objectives defining strategy execution plans and growth targets that expand PACEs reach beyond the core team. Recruit enable and manage a growing ecosystem of partners through the Amazon Designed Partner Delivered model - from onboarding through production launch. Design and operate scalable mechanisms that ensures high-quality in initiative outcomes independently. Establish and track program KPIs - launch rates production conversion time-to-delivery and business impact - using data to continuously improve the program. Partner with Sales Solutions Architecture and field teams to route and qualify opportunities across direct and scale channels

About the team
The PACE team is a small high-impact group of Prototyping Architects Design Technologists and Technical Program Managers who build prototypes at a pace most organizations cant match. Youll work alongside builders who are equally comfortable whiteboarding architecture patterns and shipping production-ready this role youll collaborate closely with our partner ecosystem field sales teams and solutions architects across AWS while helping shape how a growing network of technology partners brings AI to customers at scale. We move fast we experiment constantly and we measure success by what makes it to production.

- 5 years of technical product or program management experience
- 7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules

- 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
