As an Outbound BDR youll play a key role in HubSpots growth engine. Youll be the first touchpoint for many of our future customers - sparking conversations through strategic outreach uncovering pain points and qualifying leads. Working closely with Account Executives youll book high-quality meetings that drive pipeline impact and revenue. Along the way youll sharpen your sales toolkit daily and gain exposure to a world-class sales organisation.
- Own and execute outbound prospecting through high-volume outreach (60-100 activities/day) via phone email and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to target strategic accounts and refine outreach strategy.
- Qualify leads based on fit need and urgency - and book quality discovery meetings.
- Hit (and exceed) KPIs for activity meetings delivered and pipeline impact.
- Grow fast. Learn fast. Get coached. Apply it. Repeat.

Either have past sales successor have demonstrated excellence in goal-driven roles (think: fundraising athletics service industry etc).
