OT Business Analyst

We currently have anopportunity for an Operational Technology Business Analyst. Join our technology hub team and play a key role in leading structured requirements gathering scoping and analysis required to support Operational Technology (OT) upgrades across multiple Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contracts. Reporting to Program Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Conduct structured OT discovery across PPP sites including documentation review stakeholder interviews field equipment verification and system baseline capture
• Capture contractual terms relevant to OT systems and document them for SME assessment.
• Document technical architecture network topology integrations field device inventories and operational constraints.
• Map AS-IS operational processes and support the definition of TO-BE processes where upgrades introduce change
• Gather and document business functional and technical requirements to support OT upgrade scoping.

WhatYoull Bring

• Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent extensive experience) in information technology computer science business or related discipline.
• Extensive applied experience in business analysis process design and requirements gathering. Preferably within OT IT engineering critical infrastructure or PPP environments.
• Hands-on experience capturing technical and operational requirements for OT systems such as BMS Access Control CCTV AV SCADA etc
• Exposure to contractual or regulated environments ideally PPPs with understanding of contractual constraints and stakeholder interfaces.
• Strong understanding of OT systems architectures field devices integrations network considerations and upgrade pathways.
