OSHC Coordinator | Doubleview Area

Were looking for a passionate OSHC Coordinator to lead our service in the Doubleview area and create a safe welcoming and engaging environment where children can learn play and thrive.

This is a permanent part-time role offering 34 hours per week including 4 hours of paid non-contact administration time.

Youll work Monday to Friday across our before and after school care programs:

Rise then Shine: 6:30am 8:30am
Stay and Play: 2:30pm 6:00pm

As Coordinator youll lead a team of dedicated Educators build strong relationships with children families and the school community and bring fun creativity and care into each day. About the role

As an OSHClub Coordinator youll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: 

• Youll create and lead a dynamic child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM sports cooking arts and craftsall designed to inspire and engage. 
• Youll take full ownership of your teams roster manage day-to-day operations ensure compliance and handle admin tasksall while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth. 
• With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team youll have everything you need to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact. 

Qualifications :

• A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)
• State working-with-children check
• Australian working rights
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)  

To be considered for this role you will need to hold or be actively working towards a relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification such as:

• WA First Qualified Educator - Have completed a relevant qualification to work as a First Qualified Educator in WA in accordance with ACECQA 
• WA Qualified Educator - Working towards or have completed a relevant qualification to work as a Qualified Educator in WA in accordance with ACECQA
