About the role:

Were seeking an experiencedSenior Advisor Organisational Change Managementto support delivery of major transformation initiatives across Water Corporation.

Reporting to the Manager Organisational Change Management this role will partner with business leaders project teams and stakeholders to plan coordinate and embed change across key strategic programs. Youll help ensure people are ready supported and equipped to adopt change successfully while maintaining an enterprise-wide view of change impacts priorities and readiness.

What the role will involve:

• Develop and deliver change management plans impactassessmentsand readiness activities
• Analyse stakeholder impacts and support sequencing and prioritisation of change initiatives
• Maintain an integrated portfolio view of change across strategic programs
• Provide insights on readiness adoptionrisksand organisational capacity constraints
• Support and improve enterprise change frameworkstoolsand methodologies
• Deliver change capability uplift through trainingcoachingand workshops
• Partner with project teams and internal communications to align engagement activities
• Prepare reports and metrics on change progressoutcomesand effectiveness

Key skills and experience:

• Degree qualification in Change Management or related discipline
• Strong experience supporting large-scale organisational change initiatives
• Demonstrated experience applying change methodologiestoolsand frameworks
• Experiencefacilitatingworkshops stakeholderengagementand capability building
• Strong analyticalreportingand problem-solving skills
• Excellent writtenverbaland interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all organisational levels
