• $126980 to $142874 per annum super

In this role

• Lead Councils outdoor operations including roads plant parks open spaces and facilities maintenance.
• Deliver efficient cost-effective services aligned with Council plans policies and legislative requirements.
• Manage contracts budgets service standards and reporting to support continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams agencies service providers and community stakeholders.
• Lead support and develop the outdoor crew to foster a safe high-performing team culture.
