Job Summary

UCS was founded over 30 years ago in regional Bendigo Victoria. Throughout its history UCS has been the Victorian market leader in delivering electrical utility services to the greenfield land development sector. Around 10 years ago UCS made a strategic decision to diversify its business into new service lines and new geographies. Today UCS delivers services to customers inVictoria NSW SA and QLD across industry segments including infrastructure URD greenfields LLCs road safety equipment overhead services LV power and lighting HV maintenance and retail power.

The UOS Operations Manager is accountable for overseeing end-to-end operational delivery of overhead electrical services in Victoria. This leadership role ensures seamless coordination of workforce mobilisation project execution safety compliance logistics and stakeholder engagement. With a strong emphasis on safety operational excellence people leadership and continuous improvement the role drives high-performance standards regulatory compliance customer satisfaction and cultural alignment across UOS project sites.

Selection Criteria

Candidates will need to have extensive industry experience in the Victorian ESI sector ideally withknowledge and experience in overhead linework. Successful candidates will be highly organised with outstanding organisational time management and customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills is also a must.
