Were seeking an experienced operational leader to take on the role of Manager CQ North based in this hands-on leadership position youll oversee a multi-site operation ensuring safe efficient and customer-focused services across the region. Youll lead a dedicated team manage fleet and compliance and drive operational excellence in line with Kinetics values of safety collaboration and accountability.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support a diverse team to deliver safe reliable and customer-focused services.
• Oversee daily operations fleet utilisation compliance and maintenance activities.
• Build strong relationships with key customers regulators and stakeholders.
• Drive a proactive safety culture and ensure adherence to legislative and company standards.
• Monitor financial performance and achieve business and operational targets.
• Promote continuous improvement across people safety and service delivery.

About you:

• Experienced leader with a background in transport logistics or other blue-collar operations.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Skilled in scheduling rostering and operational planning.
• Confident communicator with sound judgement and problem-solving ability.
• Values-driven and passionate about safety teamwork and customer service.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
