Whats the role
The Operations Management Advisor plays a critical role in enabling operational excellence across Group Operations by embedding Workforce Management disciplines building leader capability and ensuring workforce governance standards are consistently applied.
The role serves as a trusted advisor to operational leaders helping them optimise workforce performance through coaching data-driven insights operational discipline and Active Operations Management (AOM) practices. Youll analyse complex and diverse data sources to uncover actionable insights identify performance opportunities and drive sustainable business and workforce outcomes. The position provides enterprise-wide governance and oversight of Workforce Management standards ControliQ system controls workforce planning methodologies and operational ways of working.

What do I need
- Experience in Workforce Management (advantageous) or a similar operational performance optimisation or excellence-focused environment
- Familiarity with ControliQ CaseworkiQ or similar Workforce Management platforms would be highly regarded
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities
- Experience coaching and influencing leaders within a complex operational environment
- Experience managing competing priorities within a large and complex organisation
