About the role.

Based in Ballarat (preferred) or Melbourne and reporting to the Manager AUS Operations this role plays a dual part in our Supply Chain Operations team combining cost analytics with handson logistics planning support. Youll ensure freight and storage costs are accurately reconciled analysed and optimised while also providing operational backup to support ontime delivery across the AU/NZ distribution network.

What youll be doing.

• Reconcile and process freight and storage costs accurately in SAP
• Maintain and manage freight rates fuel levies and invoice accuracy
• Analyse logistics cost trends and identify savings opportunities using Power BI and Excel
• Support linehaul planning and deployment replenishment activities as required
• Investigate discrepancies and work with 3PL partners to resolve issues
• Generate insights and reporting to support operational and cost decisionmaking
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and distribution
• Provide crossteam support and operational coverage within the Distribution team

What youll need to be successful.

• Strong experience working with SAP and Excel (advanced capability highly regarded)
• Experience analysing data and translating insights into practical actions
• Exposure to supply chain logistics freight or distribution operations
• High attention to detail and a disciplined processfocused approach
• Ability to balance analytical work with operational daytoday support
• Clear communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and external partners

About the team.

Youll be part of the Supply Chain Operations Distribution team working closely with logistics planning cold stores transport partners and internal stakeholders to support cost efficiency service performance and continuous improvement across the Australian network.
