Circle Green Community Legal (Circle Green) is a communitylegal centre providing humanitarian tenancy workplace and family and domesticviolence legal advice further assistance representation advocacy communitylegal education referrals outreach and support.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with theSenior Leadership Team this is a broad and autonomous role responsible forensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the organisation.

You will lead key operational functions including reportingand performance measurement business systems contract and vendor managementfacilities assets reception and workplace services. The role also overseesCircle Greens technology roadmap business applications and outsourced ITproviders ensuring technology supports organisational objectives and servicedelivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage organisational reporting KPIs and performance measures and data integrity.
  • Oversee business systems including SharePoint CRM 3CX and other operational platforms.
  • Manage the organisations technology roadmap and external IT providers.
  • Coordinate funding and service contract administration including contract registers key dates reporting requirements and compliance obligations.
  • Manager vendor contract and asset management activities.
  • Oversee facilities workplace services and reception operations.
  • Support organisational planning governance and business improvement.

About You

You are an experienced operations professional who canbalance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You will bring:

  • Experience in operations business management corporate services practice management or a similar role.
  • Strong reporting analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing contracts compliance obligations funding agreements or service provider relationships.
  • Experience administrating business systems and records management processes.
  • Experience managing business systems and working with technology vendors.
  • Experience managing contracts suppliers or service providers.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and delivering practical outcomes.
