JOB OPPORTUNITY
The Operations Team are responsible for supporting the Firm achieve our operational and strategic requirements. This role based in our Brisbane office is integral to assisting the COO Practice & Projects Manager and other Operations team members by:
- Providing support to the COO and Practice & Projects Manager
- Assisting with scheduling and attending meetings prepare agendas and minutes and arranging catering as required
- Adding and amending information in various Firm software / systems as required
- Assisting with updating and maintaining internal manuals and handbooks
- Overseeing booking of transport and accommodation for Partners and team members at external conferences seminars and training
- Arranging internal events and coordinating social committees and arranging team building days
- Assisting with building and facilities maintenance across our various offices including liaising with contractors and service providers as required
- Assisting and liaising with clients staff Partners and external parties as required
- Assisting with any projects as required and
- General administrative assistance
ABOUT YOU
You are/have:
- Proficient with MS Office applications and embrace technology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with Partners staff and external stakeholders
- A positive attitude with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
- The ability to multi-task organise and prioritise effectively
- Empathy and respect for all team members with a commitment to handling issues sensitively and confidentially
