The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Operations Administrator to join our Raiseboring Shaft lining and Labour Hire Division. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and brings a position energy to the workplace every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support across the Raiseboring Shaft Lining and Labour Hire Division.
• Maintain accurate rosters and coordinate personnel movements leave and shift coverage.
• Manage purchasing activities including raising purchase orders tracking orders and liaising with suppliers
• Assist with recruitment including monitoring manning requirements and onboarding
• Coordinate travel management ensuring efficient and cost effective requirements
• Contribute to a safe productive and positive work environment by adhering to company policies procedures and safety standards.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Administrative Experience - Mining Preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Microsoft applications including Outlook Excel Dynamics (Business Central) and Teams
• Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to assist with a variety of tasks and responsibilities as required by management.
• Police clearance within 12 months
• Manual Drivers Licence
