Operational Director Data & Performance

• Full Time Ongoing Contract
• 80 hours per fortnight - Inclusive of ADO accrual

Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute sub-acute aged care and community services.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Leadership Team as the Operational Director Data and Performance.

This pivotal leadership role is responsible for providing organisation-wide oversight of data governance performance reporting health information and contracted ICT services ensuring the effective utilisation of information to support organisational objectives.

The role will lead the development of NHWs business intelligence and performance capability fostering a culture of data-informed decision-making and enabling the organisation to translate data into actionable insights that improve operational clinical and strategic performance.

This is a unique opportunity to influence strategic direction strengthen organisational capability and lead initiatives that enhance performance innovation and service excellence across the organisation.

Our Region:

• Wangaratta has a population of approximately 30000 and our catchment serves a community of around 100 000 throughout the northeast.
