An opportunity is available for an experienced and motivated Stock Controller/Supply Officer to join our Perioperative Services team. This key role is ideally suited to someone with experience working within a hospital clinical environment and a passion for delivering high-quality support services.

Flinders Private Hospital is a modern acute 152 bed facility providing a range of specialties which include neurosurgery cardiac critical care orthopaedic surgical and medical services.

About the role:

• Timely and efficient control of stock/consumables within the operating theatre

• Handling of supply and impress queries

• General duties in our logistics areas

• Ordering receiving and receipting of stock

• Report directly to Senior Supply Officer and indirectly to the Perioperative Services Manager

About you:

• Motivated flexible and a fast learner

• Has proven time management and problem-solving skills

• Has good literacy computer and numeracy skills

• Able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment

• Have a good understanding of medical products

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Knowledge of Tech one inventory system
