About the role:

Werelooking for aManager Operating Model Design & Deliverytoleadenterprise-wideoperating model design and delivery across functions value streamsservicesand capabilitieswhile stewardingthe enterprise process architecture.

Reporting to the Head of Operating Model and Change Enablement you will lead the design and evolution of the organisations operating model spanning structures roles capabilitiesprocessesand at the intersection of strategypeopleand transformation partnering with senior leaders to design future-fit organisationalmodelsand ensureeffectiveimplementation and embedment

What the role will involve:

Operating model design &delivery

• Translatestrategy into clear operating model components including value streams capabilitiesgovernanceand processes
• Lead the design of organisational structures roles and spans/layersrequiredto transition to new operating models ensuring rigorous designandalignment to operating model principles
• Develop and govern organisation design frameworksstandardsand tools
• Lead the developmentofimplementation roadmaps outlining sequencing risks dependencies and transition steps
• Provide insights andguidanceon people capability upliftcultureand the workforce of the futurein collaboration withPeople and Safetyteamssupporting strategic workforce planning and informing leadership capability and cultural shiftsrequiredtodeliverstrategic commitments
• Lead the design and optimisation of end-to-end business processes for priority initiatives ensuring efficiencyscalabilityand alignment to the enterprise operating model
• Establish andembedstandards for operating model design and process architecture ensuring consistency transparency and alignment across portfolios programs and projects
• Partner with change teams to ensure operating modeland process changes are effectively communicatedadoptedandembedded

Stakeholderengagement & leadership

• Facilitate co-design workshops with Executives and senior leaders
• Coach leaders on operating model and organisation design best practice
• Partner closely with changestrategyand transformation teams to ensure alignment and adoption
• Build strong relationships across the organisation to enable successful delivery of transformation initiatives

Key skills and experience:

• Degree qualificationin Businessor a related discipline
• Extensiveexperience in operating model design across People Process Information and Technology (PPIT)
• Extensive experience leading the design and delivery ofoperating models across complex organisations
• Substantial experience providing coaching and advice at a senior level in large/complex multi-disciplined commercial organisation(s) to build capability and enable behavioural and culture change
• Considerable experience in process design and architecture for complex operating model changesimpactingmultiple business units and or groups
• Highly developed interpersonal stakeholder management facilitationcommunicationand presentation skills with strong analytical andproblemsolvingcapability and the ability to influence at all organisational levels
• Demonstrates values and behaviours that support a constructivehighperformanceculture
• Management consulting experience leadinglargescaleoperating model change and the ability tofacilitateoutcomes aligned to organisational and customerobjectives(desirable)
