Onshore Rig Mechanic – Oil & Gas

About the role

CrewSELECT is seeking an experienced Onshore Rig Mechanic for a shutdown from 10th24th September mobilising from Toowoomba to an active Oil & Gas drilling rig near Wandoan. Youll maintain critical drilling equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently while working alongside an experienced rig crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance on drilling equipment
• Fault-find hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical systems
• Complete preventative maintenance and servicing
• Respond to breakdowns to minimise rig downtime
• Maintain high safety and operational standards

Qualifications/Experience required

• Mechanical Trade Qualification
• Oil & Gas rig maintenance experience
• Working at Heights & Confined Space
• Gas Testing certificate
• Current Drivers Licence & White Card

• 10th 24th September shutdown may extend to 31st
