Your role
Youll be at the forefront of the customer experience providing betting services product information and support in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
Deliver accurate betting transactions with speed and attention to detail
Provide friendly customer service across racing and sports products
Promote current oncourse and digital offers to customers
Maintain compliance with operational and regulatory requirements
Share race day information including events conditions and bet types
Support team success through collaboration training and flexibility
