Your Role

As an Office Operations Coordinator youll be a keypoint of contact supporting the day-to-day operations of Marinus Links officeenvironments ensuring our people have the resources facilities and supportthey need to work effectively. Youll coordinate office operations facilitiestravel onboarding activities invoicing processes and workplace services whilepartnering with teams across the business to create a positive and efficientemployee experience.

Youll:

  • Manage daily office operations includingfacilities supplies equipment mail visitor experience and workplacerequirements.
  • Support team member productivity throughcoordination of workplace resources onboarding activities office technologyrequirements and ways of working.
  • Coordinate travel bookings expense processesoffice-related invoicing and financial tracking to support effective businessoperations.
  • Act as the key contact for facilitiesmanagement vendors and service providers coordinating maintenance accessrequirements and workplace improvements.
  • Support office events executive meetings teamfunctions and workplace initiatives that enhance connection and engagementacross Marinus Link.
  • Occasionally travel to Melbourne and Traralgon offices.

  • Experience within an executive administrationoffice management or business support environment.
  • Experience providing business support at anOffice Manager Executive Assistant or similar level with strongorganisational and administrative capability.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with theability to build relationships provide excellent customer service and supporta range of internal teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skillswith demonstrated ability to manage information documentation andcorrespondence.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities workautonomously and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Experience working within a large-scale projector complex stakeholder environment will be highly regarded.
  • A high level of computer literacy includingproficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word PowerPoint Outlookand Excel.
