Office Assistant Safety

An exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant has become available within the Safety department of ALDI Australia based in Minchinbury. This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity.

As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Manager and broader Safety this pivotal role in a high-performing team you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders within a fast-paced environment to ensure the efficient day to day running of the Safety team.

What does the role look like 

• Manage the shared inbox.
• Coordinate and take minutes for meetings.
• Organise meetings with both internal and external participants.
• WHS IT and Payroll systems portal administrative duties.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with processing and coding invoices.
• Assist with safety document control and management as directed.
• Assist with administrative tasks as required for the safety team.

Qualifications :

• Demonstrated experience within Safety highly regarded.
• Strong general administration and data maintenance experience essential.
• Experience with the maintenance of data within systems advantageous.  
• Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills particularly in Excel.
• Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Remuneration

• Transparent tiered salary range of$79130 - $86870 including Superannuation.
