About You

A natural multitasker you can answer a ringing phone greet a visitor and remember whoseclients are due to arrive without breaking a sweat. Youre a positive strongcommunicator who genuinely enjoys being the friendly face people see first andthe calm capable person they come to when they need something sorted.

Our successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an office administration role.
  • A positive professional manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritising to a high standard.
  • You will be a people person and enjoy a high level of interaction.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office and general office systems.
  • Current Australian working rights.

The Role

This is a part-time permanent opportunity approximately 30 hours per week across 5 daysbased in our Perth office. As the first point of contact for SRK seated at our front desk our Office Administrator plays a key role in creating a professional and welcoming environment for staff clients and visitors while keeping the wheels of the office turning behind the scenes.

We are willing to be flexible regarding working hours for the right candidate butthere is a requirement to be available Monday to Friday.

In this role your day may include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors clients and a professional and welcomingmanner.
  • Answering and screening incoming calls.
  • Insuring the Perth office facility is maintained to a high standard including kitchen andother staff facilities to a high standard.
  • Liaising with building management regarding maintenance repairs and general enquiries.
  • Monitor and order kitchen stationery and other office supplies.
  • Organise couriers and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate monthly staff meetings including presentation support roombookings catering and long service awards.
  • Assist with coordination of internal company events.
  • Assist with project document archiving and general administration.
