Remuneration:$45.49 - $64.48phr Super NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

TheCooindaMental Health inpatient unit isa state-of-the-art33-bed acute unit for those aged 18 and over. With private well-equipped rooms patients have use of the dining room laundry lounge areas visitors lounge outdoor areas music room art and craft room therapyroomsand gymnasium. Our service provides assessment and evidence-based treatment for patients experiencing mood disorders anxiety disorders post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)/trauma eating disorders psychotic disorders addictions complex needs due to a mental illness as well as young adult and older persons mental health needs.

Your part in ourBuderim Hospital team
You will join our multidisciplinary Mental Health team of rehabilitation specialists physiotherapists occupationaltherapistsand nursing staffprovidinga wide range of rehabilitation servicesoffering both inpatient and day programs.Areas of work may include:
NDIS
Functional Assessments and Discharge Planning
Impatient Group Sessions and ADHD Day Programs
What makes a difference for us
As a qualified practitioneryoullbring an open collaborative approach with:
Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in an acute hospital settingpreferably with Mental Health experience
Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration
Strong evidence-based clinical practice and problem-solving skills
Commitment to teamwork andhigh levelcommunication skills
Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements as well asundergo nationalcriminal historycheck and functional assessment
