WHAT ARE WE OFFERING

Our BHFLHN nurse-led clinics provide local communities with access to urgent non-emergency weekend and weekday extended hours care.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you will lead and coordinate high-quality multidisciplinary community health services that have a meaningful impact on the lives of consumers and their communities. As a Team Leader (Level 3) you will draw on your clinical expertise to provide guidance support and direction to staff ensuring the delivery of safe effective and person-centred care. Beyond your direct clinical responsibilities you will provide shift-by-shift leadership act as a senior clinical resource and foster a collaborative team environment that promotes excellence in service delivery and positive health outcomes.

• Provide expert clinical leadership and coordination to ensure safe evidence-based care and positive patient outcomes.
• Lead quality safety and operational excellence by managing resources driving continuous improvement implementing policies and risk management processes and fostering productive team relationships.

• Drive evidence-based practice and service improvement through research evaluation and the application of quality outcomes and performance data.
