About the role:

The Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) of U2 (Medical/Respiratory) is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of nursing care within the clinical unit. This role requires a combination of clinical experience leadership and management skills. They will work in close collaboration with the Clinical Director and are responsible for ensuring high performance standards engaging in continuous professional development and fostering a culture of clinical excellence.

This position is a shared role and is a great opportunity to support ongoing improvements in patient flow and to further develop management skills that will foster a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care
