NSW Regional Operations Manager Multisite Dental Practices

What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead and support a portfolio of dental practices across New South Wales to achieve operational commercial and clinical success.
• Partner with Practice Managers and clinical teams to build high-performing engaged and customer-focused practices.
• Coach mentor and develop leaders to drive team capability accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to improve patient experience operational efficiency and financial performance.
• Collaborate with Recruitment People & Culture Marketing Finance and Clinical teams to ensure practices are well-supported and aligned with business objectives.
• Drive workforce planning practice performance and the successful delivery of regional and national initiatives.
• Foster a positive culture that reflects Abano Healthcares values and commitment to exceptional patient care.

Qualifications :

• Demonstrated experience managing multi-site operations ideally within healthcare dental radioloagy retail hospitality or another customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to lead coach and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive business outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Highly organised with the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and operational excellence.
• A collaborative solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for developing people and improving performance.
