We are a dynamic technology company at the forefront of innovation delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. As we continue to grow we are looking for a New Product Development (NPD) Project Manager to be responsible for guiding a multi-disciplinary team to successfully deliver high quality new products.

What youll do:

  • Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to understand the customer needs facilitate and communicate solutions and guide the creation of requirements;

  • Ensure that all designs processes and procedures meet or exceeds quality standard ISO13485 certification;

  • Create project plans and distribute tasks to the project team;

  • Facilitate the collaboration of multidisciplinaryteams to deliver project milestones;

  • Facilitate deliverables to ensure that new products are fit for purpose and meet cost quality compliance and schedule requirements;

  • Implement processes to ensure effective communication amongst all members of the project team both internal and external;

  • Report on project progress to Directors and company leadership as required;

  • Tracks and analyse project delivery to manage project risks and propose solutions to address challenges.

What youll bring:

  • Relevant tertiary Engineering qualifications in a relatable discipline;

  • More than 10 years experience in managing New Product Introduction project teams;

  • Proven ability to meet pre-determined timeframes and successfully deliver projects;

  • An adaptable problem solver;

  • A strong communicator capable of building effective relationships with multidisciplinary teams at all levels of the organization;

  • A strong communicator capable of working directly and effectively with external customers;

  • An eye for detail;

  • A solutions oriented focus;

  • Demonstrable ability to work autonomously and consistently deliver results;

  • Experience delivering products within an ISO 13485 Quality System is desirable;

  • A strong team player mentor and coach for junior colleagues.

  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 Agile) is desirable;

  • Experience working in cross-functional or global environments preferred
