We are looking for caring reliable and motivated Casual NDIS Support Workers to join our growing team in various areas in:

• Blacktown

About the role

• Providing in-home care and support to clients including assistance with daily living activities personal care and community participation
• Developing and implementing individual support plans to meet each clients goals
• Actively engaging clients in social and recreational activities to promote their wellbeing and independence

What were looking for

• Experience in aged care disability or community services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
• A genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent experience desirable but NOT ESSENTIAL
• Must be available for flexible hours to accommodate varying shift requirements
• Must have Australian Drivers License & Reliable Car
• Must have Current NDIS Worker check or willing to obtain
• Must have a Paid Blue card or willing to obtain
• Must hold current First Aid/CPR certification
• Be able to provide 2 current/previous work-related references
