Job Description Summary
ServiceStream is looking for an experienced National Warehouse Lead to join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in strengthening the performance capability and consistency of our national warehouse operations.

Reporting to the National Warehouse Manager you will work closely with three State Managers and warehouse teams across Australia to deliver national initiatives improve operational performance and ensure our warehouses consistently meet high standards of safety service stock integrity and governance.

This is an opportunity for an experienced warehouse leader who combines strong people leadership with excellent operational systems and commercial capability.

About the Role

As National Warehouse Lead you will provide hands-on expertise and support to evolve our warehouse operations and deliver initiatives that improve capacity efficiency and customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of national warehouse initiatives against agreed timelines budgets and operational requirements.
  • Providing leadership coaching and development to State Managers warehouse supervisors and warehouse teams.
  • Driving stock integrity and accuracy with a target of greater than 98% accuracy by SKU.
  • Ensuring the safe timely and cost-effective receipt storage and dispatch of materials across company and 3PL warehouses.
  • Maintaining visibility and availability of stock for business units across the national warehouse network.
  • Ensuring stocktakes cycle counts and spot checks are completed in accordance with company procedures.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes systems and performance and implementing practical solutions.
  • Supporting warehouse operations during periods of supervisor absence when required.
  • Developing communicating and reinforcing warehouse procedures controls and standards.
  • Ensuring warehouse operations comply with relevant legislation licensing requirements HSE obligations and company policies.
  • Building strong relationships with internal business units suppliers clients regulatory bodies and external auditors.
  • Supporting the National Warehouse Manager with key strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Promoting a positive culture of safety accountability continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What Youll Bring

  • Extensive warehouse management experience across multiple sites or complex warehouse environments.
  • Strong people leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to develop supervisors and warehouse teams.
  • Excellent financial and commercial capability including budget management and warehouse invoice approval and processing.
  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) including RF scanning.
  • SAP experience is highly desirable.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word skills.
  • A strong understanding of Australian workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Excellent organisational communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A practical solutions-focused approach to process improvement and operational challenges.
  • The ability to travel nationally and work across both warehouse and office environments.
  • Current Forklift Licence.
  • Current Driver Licence.
