This opportunity will suit someone who enjoys leading multi-site operations solving complex operational challenges building strong teams and working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. It is a role where you can make a real impact shaping how we plan execute and continuously improve our Pooling operations across Australia.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- Lead national operational planning and execution across the Australian Pooling network.
- Champion safety environmental performance and quality standards across all sites.
- Drive reliable service delivery for customers while optimising freight labour maintenance and operating costs.
- Strengthen operational excellence through daily management structured problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Coach and develop operational leaders and build strong accountable and engaged teams.
- Partner with internal teams and external providers to support growth new business implementation and improved ways of working.
Your skills and experience
To be successful in this role youll have:
