Operations Lead - Office Leasing

The Opportunity:

Were seeking an Operations Lead to join our dynamic national Office Leasing team. Youll drive strategic growth initiatives and operational excellence across all states directly influencing how we deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business performance.

Working in partnership with our Head of Office Leasing and Head of Growth youll leverage JLLs advanced business systems and collaborative culture to create superior value for our teams and clients nationwide.

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Growth

  • Partner with leadership to implement business growth objectives across all Australian states
  • Manage and oversee State Operations Managers driving unified delivery of strategic Office Leasing priorities
  • Champion adoption of JLL Business Services (Data COE Bid COE & Design COE) and best practice processes
  • Successfully contribute to income growth through strategic initiatives that secure constant market visibility
  • Support One JLL cross-sell initiatives through enhanced processes and communication

Operational Excellence

  • Enable teams with streamlined onboarding and training processes for new agents analysts and operations managers
  • Manage national onboarding of Operations team members aligning with broader business priorities
  • Host monthly Operations & Growth calls with local support teams tracking progress on key strategic projects
  • Oversee monthly Townhalls in partnership with Head of Office Leasing
  • Track and report on key operations metrics including training completion system and process adoption rates and engagement scores nationally

Client Experience & Market Engagement

  • Enhance client experience through streamlined templates data insights and process improvements
  • Streamline administrative processes to support industry-leading client experience standards
  • Collaborate with Pursuits and local Operations managers to execute strategic client engagement events
  • Support national client engagement activities and cross-state collaboration opportunities
  • Manage consistency across Australian Office Leasing business for key internal and external events including conferences

Technology & Knowledge Management

  • Actively lead Leasing Advisory technology integration projects to streamline interdepartmental workflows
  • Manage refreshed SharePoint platform implementation with focus on cross-state knowledge sharing
  • Oversee template library refresh project including Cap Statements pitch content and case studies
  • Establish best practice documentation and sharing protocols

Your Profile:

  • 5 years experience in Operations Management
  • Experience leading operations in large organizations and commercial agencies is highly regarded.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Continuous drive for efficiency and process improvement
  • Experience in driving change adoption and clear processes for teams
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work with tight timeframes and deadlines
  • Strong time and project management capabilities
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
