Whats the role
As the National Manager Employee Banking youll lead the performance and growth of the Employee Banking channel across Australia. Youll work with a range of teams and stakeholders to improve customer and employee experiences deliver key initiatives and support business growth. The role combines strategy project delivery relationship management and problem-solving while helping ensure customers receive a positive experience throughout their banking journey. This is a permanent full-time position.
We are open to both Sydney and Melbourne candidates!
What do I need
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align teams to achieve outcomes.
- Experience managing projects or initiatives from planning through to delivery.
- Ability to use data and insights to identify opportunities solve problems and improve performance.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities manage risks and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
