Whats the role

As the National Manager Corporate Partners and Referrer youll lead the performance and growth of the Corporate Partners and Referrer channels nationally. Youll work with state leaders partners and key stakeholders to drive customer outcomes support business growth and improve channel performance. The role combines leadership relationship management strategic planning and problem-solving while helping simplify processes and deliver a consistent experience for customers and partners. This is a permanent full-time position.

We are open to both Sydney and Melbourne candidates!

What do I need

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach support and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations.
  • Experience building and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including partners and internal teams.
  • Ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive growth and improve performance.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with experience managing complex customer or operational issues.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to balance growth risk and customer outcomes.
