Now in partnership with Pinches were looking for a Business Development Manager to own our client relationships nationally and drive the next chapter of growth.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuinely autonomous national relationship-management role your calendar your patch across every state and territory. Youll be the face of Keith and Pinches to processors and renderers around Australia backed by a business with 65 years of engineering credibility behind it.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager youll take full ownership of client relationships across Australia visiting sites understanding each clients plant capacity and capital expenditure plans and identifying opportunities for new equipment upgrades and spare parts. Youll represent Keith and Pinches at industry events (including the Australian Renderers Association) build a genuine sales pipeline from lead to close and work closely with our project managers engineers and leadership team to make sure every commitment to a client is delivered.
What Youll Own
- Full ownership of a national client base trusted on-site relationships across every state and territory
- A sales pipeline you build and drive from first enquiry through to signed proposal
- Representation of Keith and Pinches at industry events and association activities
- Close collaboration with project managers engineers and the leadership team on pricing scope and delivery
- Sales forecasting CRM discipline and reporting that keeps leadership genuinely informed
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience in a client-facing business development key account or relationship management role
- A genuine appetite for national travel this role lives on the road and in client plants
- The confidence to build trust with everyone from tradespeople to executives
- Experience in engineering manufacturing heavy industry agriculture or food processing is highly regarded
- Exposure to capital equipment sales or technical account management is a strong plus
- The self-direction to manage a travel-intensive largely autonomous role with minimal day-to-day supervision
