About the Role

This is a senior consulting role where youll lead customersthrough the full solution lifecycle from pre-sales and discovery throughfunctional design delivery oversight user adoption and ongoing optimisation.

Youll work across a broad set of Microsoft businessapplications and platform capabilities including:

Dynamics 365 Sales

Customer Service

Field Service

Customer Insights Journeys/Data

Power Platform (Power Automate Power PagesPower BI and Dataverse)

Youll collaborate closely with customers project managersdelivery leads developers and consultants to ensure solutions are commerciallysound scalable secure and aligned to best practice.

What Youll Be Doing

Leading discovery workshops requirementgathering sessions and solution envisioning activities across Dynamics 365 CEand Power Platform

Translating business requirements intofunctional solution designs process maps fit-gap assessments andimplementation roadmaps

Owning the functional design for Dynamics 365 CEworkloads including Sales Customer Service Field Service and CustomerInsights

Providing guidance on Dataverse design securitymodels environment strategy ALM and integration approaches alongsidetechnical specialists

Supporting pre-sales engagements throughdemonstrations estimations proposal input and articulation of business value

Working closely with delivery teams to ensuresolutions are implemented in line with agreed scope quality and best practice

Guiding customers through testing trainingadoption and post-go-live optimisation to maximise solution value

Mentoring consultants and contributing to thegrowth of the Dynamics 365 CE capability within the business

What Were Looking For

Proven experience in a Functional Lead Consultant SeniorFunctional Consultant or Solution Architect role delivering Microsoft Dynamics365 CE / CRM and Power Platform solutions

Strong functional knowledge across Dynamics 365 CE and thebroader Power Platform with expertise in one or more of Sales CustomerService Field Service or Customer Insights Journeys

Demonstrated experience leading workshops defining businessprocesses producing quality solution documentation and governingimplementation outcomes

Hands-on experience with Power Platform capabilitiesincluding Power Automate Power Pages Power BI and Dataverse

Excellent business analysis process design stakeholderengagement and communication skills with the ability to simplify complexconcepts

Experience across full project lifecycles includingpre-sales discovery design delivery testing and post-go-live support inAgile iterative or hybrid delivery environments

Working knowledge of supporting tools and platforms such asAzure DevOps Jira Service Management Visio XrmToolBox and Visual Studio

Awareness of Microsoft Copilot and AI capabilities acrossDynamics 365 Microsoft 365 and Copilot Studio is highly desirable

Relevant Microsoft certifications across Dynamics 365 andPower Platform are highly desirable along with a client-centric mindset andstrong commercial awareness
