About the role
AtIDX Victoriawe are seeking an experienced full-time MRI Regional Supervisor to provideclinical leadershipoperational oversight and workforce development across multiple MRI sites within the North Metro region.

This is a full-timepositionprimarilybased atourFMIGSt Albans clinic withflexibilityto travel toourother MRI sites within the Region including Nth Melbourne Fairfield Niddrie MooneePondsand Sunshine Private.

Reporting to the MRI Manager and Regional Manager this role ensures high-quality imaging standards optimised workflows safe compliant practices while supporting advanced MRI services and continuous improvement initiatives across a diverse fleet of MRI systems and vendors.

The position plays a key role in driving clinical excellence supporting staff training and assessment and standardising MRI practices across sites.

ToBe SuccessfulYoullNeed

  • Minimum 5years experiencein MRI

  • Demonstrated leadership and team development experience

  • Experience managing or supporting multi-site MRI services (desirable)

  • Advanced MRI clinicalexpertiseacross multiple systems/platforms

  • Strong understanding of MRI operations workflow and quality systems

  • Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills

  • Multi-vendor MRI experience (Siemens GE Philips)

  • Bachelor of Medical Imaging (or equivalent)

  • AHPRA Registration and Radiation Use License

  • SMIRT MRI Accreditation (Level 1 minimum)

  • Ability to work the required rostered hours for this position

  • Ability and willingness to travel between sites within the region
