Green by Nature is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead our Roadside Maintenance crew across council-managed roadsides throughout the Moreton Bay region.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Roadside Team Leader youll play a key role in ensuring our crews deliver safe efficient and high-quality roadside maintenance services.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Leading mentoring and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results.

Operating zero-turn mowers brush cutters and other maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.

Maintaining roadsides and open spaces to the highest standards.

Conducting daily equipment inspections and ensuring machinery is well maintained.

Completing scheduled maintenance and service requests.

Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures.

Working closely with your team while leading from the front.

What Were Looking For

Youll bring:

Experience in roadside zero-turn mowing and brush cutting.

Previous experience leading or supervising a team (highly regarded).

Current Manual Driver Licence.

Construction White Card.

ACDC Licence.

Traffic Management experience or certification is highly regarded.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Reliability punctuality and a positive attitude.

A commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

The ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
