Reporting to the VP - Mining APAC this full-time role in Perth focuses on executing complex and business development into major projects within the Mining and minerals processing addition you will:

• Develop and achieve maximum number of specifications and conversion of those specifications within assigned territory.

• Develop sales activity through building strong and lasting relationships with Owners EPC/Ms and Constructors

• Advise or assist target customers in areas such as selection service to customers profit opportunities and quality etc.

• Maximise opportunities by effective planning scheduling and managing territory coverage

• Assist in training specifier distributor and contractor staff through promotional meetings

• Investigate evaluate and resolve complaints accordingly

• Update internal Victaulic CRM software daily

• Prepare and submit a weekly report on the territory

• Prepare and submit annual revenue and expenditure budget and monthly sales forecast

About You

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Proven track record managing business development within the mining environment

• Demonstrated experience undertaking site visits and engaging with owners EPC/Ms and constructors

• Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to challenges

• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills

• Solution-oriented and high analytical and organizational skills.

• A valid Australian Drivers license and willing to travel as required.
