As the Member Communications Specialistyoullplay a key role in planningcreatingand delivering communications that keep our members informedengagedand supported throughout their journey with HBF.
Youlllead the delivery of essential service communications including those required by private health insurance legislation and regulatory obligations. From policy updates and product changes to important member informationyoullensure every communication is clearaccurateand delivered through the right channels at the right time.
Youllalso support the delivery of key operational member engagement journeys helping create a seamless and consistent experience across every touchpoint.
Whatyoulldo
Plan and deliverregulatorycompliant and effective member communications programsto communicate business changes
Achieve agreed operational communications targets for delivery timelinessregulatorycompliance and effectiveness
Understand and translate complex fund rulesand product information into clearsimpleanddirect communication through the members preferred communication channel (e.g. letter email SMS)
Ensure content is compliant aligned to best practice the brand tone of voice and within brand guidelines
Convey brand guidelines particularly relating to design and format to technical developers to achievecommunication templatebuilds
Advise on communications format structure and template setup and usability
About You
Yourean experienced communications professional who knows how to turn complex information into clear engaging messages that put the customer first. You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders balancing multiple priorities and delivering communications that make a real also bring:
Experience in a similar communications role ideally managing end-to-end communication campaigns
A customer-first mindset using market and customer insights to shape effective communications
A strong understanding of customer experience principles and what makes communications clearrelevantand engaging
Confidence managing large-scale communications from planning through to delivery and evaluation
Experience working with CRM platformscommunicationand marketing automation tool.
The ability to quickly understand technical products services or regulatory information and translate them into easy-to-understand communications
Great stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and work collaboratively across the business
