Medical Receptionist

Currently we are in the market for a Medical Receptionist to join our Kent St clinic for a 6 month contract on a part time basis 3 days a week Monday Tuesday and Saturday. Shifts interchange between 6.30am - 3pm or 9am - 5.30pm. Open to discuss 3 days if preferable. 

This role will see you providing front desk reception and administrative support across the clinic. It is a varied role that will see you using your customer service and administrative skills and experience to support our patients and wider team. 

Qualifications :

We are seeking an experienced receptionist/administrator for this role someone who is confident working on a front desk reception while providing a range of administrative support tasks (a real multitasker).

To be successful in this role you will have excellent administration skills and high attention to detail confidence with learning new systems the ability to work in a busy role and exceptional customer service skills (this is key to the service & care we provide our Genea patients.)
