We are now excited to invite applications for the role ofMedia Executivewith our awesometeam inMelbourne.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of media buying and investment across key client campaigns
Assist in implementation of campaigns across TV OOH and other offline channels
Manage campaign set-up bookings tracking and material deadlines with a high level of accuracy
Monitor campaign performance and flag any delivery issues or optimisation opportunities
Prepare weekly reports post-campaign analysis and competitive media insights
Maintain strong day-to-day communication with media owners clients and internal teams
Support senior team members with negotiations value tracking and added-value delivery
Ensure all finance processes (POs bookings reconciliations) are completed accurately and on time
What Were Looking For
Understanding of the Australian media landscape and media buying fundamentals
Solid grounding in TV and/or OOH Buying campaign management & reporting
Strong attention to detail across campaign execution reporting and financial processes
Practical knowledge of MOVE TV Map Neilsen Ad Intel and Dash8
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
