What We Offer:
Earning Potential: $105000 - $115000 including reasonable overtime loading and generous allowances Inclusive of super
$40.1378-$44.0315 hour depending on skills and experience
Tool Allowance:$17.90 payable weekly
Attendance Allowance:$32 payable on rostered worked hours
Annual Leave:loading of 17.5%
Ongoing Training and Development:Including in-house Heavy Vehicle Brake courses presented by a registered TAFEteacher.
Exposure to Advanced Technologies:Work on a range of vehicles including Euro 5 & 6technologies.

Role Responsibilities:
This role requires a mature and professional approach with excellent communication skills. Your main duties will include:
Diagnosing inspecting reconditioning repairing assembling thefleetand ensuring safety quality and Busways standards arefollowed at all times
Maintaining all company vehicles and assetsin accordance withManufacturers guidelines
Ensuring all maintenance work is performed according to company procedures
Attend breakdowns and carry out any field related mechanical repairs
Effectively and efficiently communicate any safety or maintenance issues
Adhering to all Work Health & Safety requirements whilst performing work duties
Maintaining clean workshop practices
Reporting and repairing all accident damage asrequired
Performing ad-hoc tasks and other duties as directed
Our workshop staff play a critical role within the business to ensure our ever-evolving fleet of vehicles are continuallymaintainedto the highest standard to keep our staff and passengers safe out on the road.

The Successful Applicant Will:
Hold the relevant trade qualifications (MVTC) essential
Certificatelllin commercial vehicle mechanical technology or above but will consider Certificatelllin light vehicle mechanical technology with 4 - 5 years post apprenticeship experience in a similar role with the same level of responsibilities would be highly regarded
Have experience in the service and maintenance of vehicles (training provided to develop these skills)
Ensure adherenceand understanding to WHSregulationsandrelevantcompany policies
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Have experience working in a team environment on daily maintenance and repair schedules
Apply a proactive approach with a drive for continuous improvement
Be physically fit to carry out the necessities of the role
Be willing toundergoa pre-employment medicalcheck andworking with children check
Be an Australian Citizen Permanent Resident or haveunrestrictedworking rights in Australia
