About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maximo Technical Consultant / Developer to support the development customization integration and enhancement of IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Maximo development integrations and Oracle technologies with hands-on experience in implementing enterprise asset management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop customize and enhance IBM Maximo Asset Management (v7.5 or above).
• Design and implement custom applications MBOs field attributes and bean class customizations.
• Develop and support integrations using the Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
• Build interfaces between Maximo and ERP/Purchasing systems using web services interface tables and flat files.
• Design and develop Java JSP J2EE and Oracle PL/SQL solutions.
• Develop automation scripts custom cron tasks and user exits.
• Configure Application Designer Database Configuration and Workflow Designer.
• Support deployments testing troubleshooting and production issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Maximo solutions.

Key Requirements

• 512 years of experience in IBM Maximo development and implementation.
• Strong experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management v7.5 or higher.
• Hands-on experience with Java JSP J2EE Oracle and PL/SQL.
• Strong expertise in Maximo Integration Framework (MIF).
• Experience developing integrations with ERP/Purchasing systems.
• Experience with Automation Scripting MBOs Bean Classes Workflows and Application Designer.
• Good knowledge of Work Management Inventory and Purchasing modules.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Applications integration.
• Knowledge of IBM WebSphere Application Server.
• Experience with JMS Queues.
• Experience in Maximo Calibration Scheduler or Archiving Solutions.
• Prior experience in Maximo upgrades or enterprise implementations.
