You willberesponsible fortheschedulingissuingand coordinating ofRaw and Packaging materials for the DandenongSouthsite.The plant makes one of the largest and diverse range of premium cracker products under one roof globally our new state of the art production facility provides both the flexibility and scale to remain relevant with our important retail partners. Manufacturing brands such as Olinas Bakehouse OBs Finest and Crispbic Gourmet Food is fast becoming recognised as the entertaining specialist.
You willpartner closely with Vendors to ensure inbound deliveries of materials are received according toMRP (Materials Requirements Plan).You will support the execution of production plan and production scheduling priorities as required whilst preventing waste andfollowing allCompany policiesand procedures.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Raise purchase orders for inbound RPMP (Raw and Pack Materials Plan) requirements based on the MRP outputsandoptimizedaily Vendor deliveries to meet production orders to meet CTS (Compliance to Schedule).
- Work effectively with internal (productionprocurementstoreslogisticsplant BD-businessdevelopmentand otherfunctional resources) & external stakeholders (transportation vendors etc.) toensure consistent and reliable supply of materials for production usein accordancewithourstandardsproceduresand protocols.
- Communicate with Vendors andmonitororders to ensure conformance to due date. Track DIFOT (delivery in full on time) for purchase orders.Escalation of supplier issues to Materials Manager and Procurement asto ensure compliance to plant CTS.Identifyrisks and opportunities in medium term material supply plans andproactivelydrive dialogue and escalation.
- Propose & advise changes to itemmasterdatathat has a negative or positive impact to DIOHCTS or write off includingchanges to leadtime safety time safetystockand minimum lot or buy quantities as.
- Adopt IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma ways of working and standard work processes.Activelyparticipatein SN-Supply Network pillar activities andlead systems and projects to driveSupply Chainlossanalysis and elimination.
What you will bring

- 2 years relevant experience in material planning supply planning inventorycontrol/management procurement and or supply chain.
- Experience in fast moving manufacturing environment preferably food or other fast moving dynamic industry.
- Computerproficiency(MS Office to include Word Excel PowerPoint) &technicalexperience in ERP/MRP(SAP)systems
- Excellent communication (Verbal and Written)skills and strongcollaboration/ stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Analytical & problem-solving skillsand attention to detail
- Priority Setting andresults driven
