What would I be doing

As aMarketing Specialist you will help bring CPLs brand to life through content that is meaningful engaging and easy to connect with.

This isa great rolefor someone who enjoys storytellingacross differentchannels and wants to use theircreativitytoshare thepositive impactCPL hasinthe communityevery day.

Working closely with theSenior Marketing Specialist Digital Marketing Manager and broader team you will help create coordinate and publish engaging content that connects with our audiences and brings CPLs brand to life.

This will include:

  • Planning developing and deliveringmarketing and communicationactivitiesthatsupportCPLsorganisationaland brandobjectives.
  • Creatingengaging audience-focused content across digital social mediawebsitesand internal communication channels.
  • Supporting content development from ideationto production approvalspublishingand evaluation.
  • Coordinatingmarketing tasksincluding planning content development production execution and evaluation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitoring content andcampaign performanceto support future improvements.

Whatyoullneed

  • Experienceor a strong interest increating engaging digital and social media content fora varietyof audiences and communication channels.
  • Strong writingeditingand content creation skills with an interest in storytelling and what makes people connect with content.
  • Excellentorganisationalskills with the ability to manage multiple priorities manage deadlineswhilstmaintaininga highlevelof attention to detail.
  • Confidenceusing some or all:
    • Content Management Systems (Drupal and WordPress preferred); basic HTML and CSS skills highly regarded
    • Social media platforms and management tools
    • Microsoft SharePoint
    • Adobe Creative Suite (including photo and video editing) Canva or similar tools.
  • A passion for people and a focus on great customer service.
  • A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes.
  • Great listening and respectful communication skills.
  • Current C classdriver;slicencewith regular access to a vehicle.
  • A Workingwith Children Check Blue Card in Queensland.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
