Job Summary
Your opportunityAs a Senior Brand Manager youll play a key role in shaping and elevating ECHs brand during an exciting period of growth and make an impact by:Leading the planning and execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channelsUsing CRM insights data and analytics to inform targeting optimise performance and improve ROIDeveloping initiatives that increase client acquisition engagement and service utilisationPartnering closely with sales clinical and internal teams to translate insights into effective campaignsManaging agency and partner relationships to deliver high-quality outcome-focused activityWhat youll bringTo succeed in this role youll need the following qualificationsA degree in marketing or a related disciplineDemonstrated experience in brand or campaign management with a strong performance focusExperience using CRM systems and campaign data to drive insights and decision makingProven ability to manage end-to-end campaigns and measure effectivenessKnowledge of In-Design or CanvaCurrent National Police CheckWe would also love you to bring:Strong commercial acumen with a focus on ROI and outcomesExcellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across teamsExperience working with agencies and cross-functional partnersA proactive solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExperience in aged care or a related sector (highly regarded)Why join ECHWe want you to be MORE with us.
