Marketing Manager

This is a rare opportunity to jump into a fresh role managing our marketing campaigns and team here on the beautiful Gold Coast. Macro Mike is leading the charge in the health food space collaborating with global brands and creating products that people are just going wild for!

Were on the hunt for an experienced hands-onMarketing Managerwho gets extra energy workingalongside creative individuals who also knows how to lead execute and elevate across all things marketing.

Youll work closely with our Founder Mike delivering projects from idea to execution across DTC wholesale retail and licensed campaigns. If youre someone who gets excited about product launches working with global brands and building an epic team culture this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with theFounderto plan and execute major campaigns
• Lead our Marketing & Customer Service team of 7
• Take the lead onlicensing partnerships to ensure marketing campaigns meet brand guidelines and align with approvals.
• Contribute and evolve ourcontent calendar from new product drops and seasonal moments to organic and paid strategies.
• Oversee and approveweb content SEO optimization and site performance improvements.
• Support our team to grow and develop
• Assist withwholesale support including B2B materials retailer toolkits and POS
• Ensuremarketing compliancewith FSANZ and global licensing requirements.

Skills & Experience:

• 3 years in a marketing brand or campaign leadershiprole (FMCG or ecommerce brand preferred)
• Team-first approach andpassion for health wellness and innovation
• Strong background incampaign planning and executionacross digital and physical retail
• Experience managinglicensed brand partnerships(ideal but not essential)
• Hands-on understanding ofperformance marketing SEO and analytics
• Strong organisational skills you thrive with multiple deadlines timelines and moving parts
