About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detailoriented Marketing Administrator to support our marketing and business development activities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their marketing career or with strong administration experience who wants to build exposure across campaigns events and digital marketing.
Working closely with the marketing and leadership team you will play a key role in ensuring campaigns run smoothly content is published effectively and internal stakeholders are well supported.
This role can be based in Western Australia or New South Wales with flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across marketing campaigns events and initiatives
- Coordinate and schedule content across digital channels (website social media email campaigns)
- Assist in the preparation of marketing collateral presentations and case studies
- Maintain and update CRM and marketing databases (contacts leads campaign tracking)
- Support event coordination including webinars trade shows and client events
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and engagement
- Liaise with internal stakeholders consultants and external vendors
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Assist with general marketing operations and ad hoc tasks
Qualifications & Experience
- 13 years experience in a marketing administration or coordination role
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing Business Communications or related field (desirable)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Exposure to CRM systems or marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce Mailchimp) is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Proactive reliable and eager to learn
