The Opportunity

At aXcelerate were looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own and lead our content strategy across the entire customer lifecycle. This is far more than a content creation roleits an opportunity to shape our brand drive demand educate customers and create engaging experiences that fuel business growth.

Youll build and manage our full-funnel content engine creating campaigns and resources that attract new customers nurture prospects support product adoption and strengthen customer loyalty. Working closely with our Product Marketing Manager and collaborating across Product Sales Customer Success and Leadership youll transform technical expertise into compelling customer-focused content that delivers measurable commercial outcomes.

What Youll Do

  • Own and manage the integrated editorial and content calendar across all marketing channels.
  • Build and execute a scalable full-funnel content strategy that supports brand awareness demand generation customer nurturing product adoption and retention.
  • Develop and maintain editorial guidelines content standards and a consistent brand voice across all communications.
  • Produce engaging high-quality content including blogs landing pages customer stories solution guides thought leadership articles email campaigns and website copy.
  • Create compelling customer testimonials and case studies that showcase measurable customer outcomes.
  • Repurpose content across multiple formatsincluding social media webinars videos infographics sales enablement assets and email marketingto maximise reach and ROI.
  • Develop campaign content that supports integrated marketing initiatives across paid owned and earned channels.
  • Partner with Sales to create content that addresses buyer challenges and supports every stage of the customer journey.
  • Collaborate with Product Customer Success and Leadership to translate technical knowledge into customer-centric messaging.
  • Monitor and report on content performance including engagement content-generated leads influenced pipeline and revenue contribution using insights to continuously improve results.

About You

Youll be a strategic content marketer who enjoys blending creativity with commercial thinking and understands how great content supports every stage of the customer journey.

Youll bring:

  • At least 2 years experience in a Content Marketing role with demonstrated success developing and executing content strategies and managing editorial calendars within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • A bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience creating content across the full buyer and customer lifecycle including awareness lead generation customer education nurture and retention.
  • Strong copywriting storytelling and content planning skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into engaging customer-focused content.
  • Experience using content management systems and marketing design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A data-driven approach using content performance insights to optimise engagement and business outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Product Sales Customer Success and Marketing teams.

Highly regarded

  • Experience within the EdTech and/or SaaS industry.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise customers.
  • Experience contributing to the growth and scaling of a high-performing marketing function.
